The Helper Bugs preschooler class teaches children about the many ways bugs help us and the environment we all live in.
Free Play – Build-a-Hive Activity.
Story Time – Are you a Ladybug? by Judy Allen and Tudor Humphries; “What did Beetlelady collect today?” game.
Live Bugs – Horseshoe Cockroach, American Giant Millipede, and Regal Jumping Spider.
Movement Time – Fly like a ladybug to “Ladybug” by Frances England.
Bug Song – “Here is the Beehive” where we learn about the different roles bees play in the hive.
Buggy Art – Bee Hive Collage.
