In the Sneaky Bugs class we’ll learn all about how bugs hide and how they defend themselves.
Free Play – Bug Defenses Display, Catch-a-Spider activity, Bug Nuts.
Story Time – How to Hide a Butterfly by Ruth Heller; “What did Beetlelady collect today?” game.
Live Bugs – Colossus Cockroach, Arizona Blond Tarantula, and Whipspider.
Movement Time – Bug Movement Game where children take turns leading the class in moving around the room like a sneaky bug.
Bug Song – Bumble Bee where children play pretend with a sneaky bee landing on them.
Buggy Art – Camouflage Collage.
