Project Description
Insects are food for all kinds of organisms, so they spend a lot of time trying not to get eaten. Learn about the cool ways insects defend themselves. We’ll search for hidden bugs, play with warning coloration, meet live arthropod, and learn how bugs defend themselves.
Adaptable to suit all grade levels. The Arthropod Defenses class is perfect for introducing the following California State Science Standards:
